Work Infrastructure

Our infrastructure enables visiting delegates to:

• Prepare their declarations and write their documents
  Computers with multilingual word-processors, printers, photocopier, etc.
• Communicate with their organization
  Internet access, fax, telephones, etc.
• Access information & documentation
  Information desk, documentation centre, access to the UN electronic documents, portal of links on the Internet, hundreds of periodicals, etc.
• Meet
  Meeting rooms equipped with overhead projector, flip chart, beamer, video, etc.
• Use the space provided for seminars, exhibitions and receptions
  Accommodation capacity, equipped kitchen, reception hall, etc.

The project for a new place of welcome, information and work at La Pastorale, will enable us to provide a bigger work infrastructure in the immediate proximity of the international organizations.
