Reservations

To make a reservation, please send us a fax (+41 22 959 88 51) or an e-mail ( admin@mandint.org ) with the following information:

1. Name of the delegate(s)
2. Gender of the delegate(s)
3. Dates of arrival and departure
4. Country of residence
5. Name and details of the organization (including fax number or e-mail address)
6. Name of the conference attended
7. If the delegate(s) represent(s) Indigenous Peoples, please mention it.

Once received, our secretariat will get in touch with you.

In case of cancellation or change of travel dates, please inform us as early as possible!

Priority criteria

During high occupancy periods, the priority is given to delegates from least-represented countries, as well as to those who represent indigineous peoples.

Our rooms

We provide rooms with 2, 3 or 4 beds, and an emergency dormitory. Therefore, according to occupancy, a delegate may benefit from a room by himself or, on the other hand, may have to share the room with other delegates from the same region. Our secretariat can inform you in advance of the occupancy status.
