Mandat International support the organization of international conferences at several levels :

The Welcome Centre for Delegations and Non Governmental Organisations offers a cheap accommodation (20.- to 30.- CHF) close to the UN with an available work infrastructure (meeting room, internet access, etc.) and the opportunity of meeting other delegates. Free shuttle transportation is organized to the Place des Nations. Priority is given to delegates coming from developping countries.

Work and meeting infrastructure
The Welcome Centre has got two well equiped rooms for 20 to 30 peoples for meetings, seminaries or courses.

A welcome and information desk is available for delegates participating to the Human Rights Council. A similar service is possible for other conferences. From 2010, a welcome and information centre will be in function for every delegates in Gineva for a short stay at the site of La Pastorale 5 minutes walk from the UN.

Several information guides are available for delegates : Guide for delegates, Guide of the international organizations , Guide of the NGOs, etc... We also have short and practical information leaflets in three languages on the international Geneva which propose to conferences organisators.
